The Bridge End Hotel has just reopened after a complete refurbishment of our Hotel Rooms, Bar, Restaurant and Function Room, and we can’t wait for you to see it!
We are located on the bridge at the end of the charming Llangollen high street that boasts a lot of independent shops for you to visit. Our hotel sits facing the River Dee, and we are the best sun trap in town for some sunny afternoon drinks and food while you watch the kayakers and white-water rafters conquer the beautiful waters. You can also watch the Llangollen Railway and its Heritage Trains as they set off on their daily trips to Corwen
Just behind us we have the Llangollen Canal that is part of the World Heritage Site where you can embark on a Horse Drawn Boat Trip, experience a Narrow Boat ride, or visit the grade 1 listed building (its also part of the World Heritage Site) that is the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct – The longest and highest Aqueduct in the UK at 1007ft long and it stands at an impressive 126ft tall above the river. The remains of the medieval castle, Castell Dinas Brân, sits high on the top of the hill behind us and watches over the back of our hotel; you can walk up to the top in 30 minutes if you fancy the challenge? The views are worth it!

We have 8 beautifully newly refurbished rooms, all with their own en-suites, each packed with charm and everything you need to relax and unwind after a long day of appreciating all the Llangollen and the Bridge End Hotel has to offer. Breakfast is included in the cost of our Hotel Rooms, and we are confident that we have something for everyone, a range of choices for hot breakfasts or continental if you prefer.
Each room is a little different, so please let us know when you are booking if you have any special requests for us – we will try our best to accommodate you!
Please note that all of our hotel rooms are located on the 2nd floor, and apologies but we do not have any lifts to get you there.
Our rooms come in a variety of configurations, do not hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions or book online.
